At Fragrance Forte LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns and refund policy below, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Returns Eligibility

You are entitled to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • The original packaging is intact and unmarked

  • The product is not a sale or promotional item, unless faulty

Due to the nature of perfume and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons unless the item is defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect

  • Refunds may take longer depending on your payment provider
